Today on the Menu: My Version of Christmas Cookies

I've mentioned these cookies a couple of times already this month and today, I'm finally going to share the recipe with you! :)

WHAT YOU NEED
35 dag of white flour
20 dag of butter
20 dag of brown sugar
2 eggs
1 (not full) teaspoon of baking soda
a pinch of salt
10 dag of coconut flour
plain/baking chocolate
various nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, raisins)

HOW TO DO IT
It's really easy to do these cookies, so the recipe is perfect for the beginners. You just cut all the nuts and the chocolate into small pieces; mix all the ingredients together (make sure you have a big bowl); shape the dough into cookie-like forms; put them on a baking paper covered baking tray; and bake on 200°C for about 12 minutes. Voilà!
