Weekly Snapshots

Aloha, I'm back from my holidays! This week's 'Weekly Snapshots' post is pretty much the sum up of my days spent in Kranjska Gora. Just a warning: I took A LOT of photos. :D

My sister's 4th of July shorts.  ♥  Coconut ice-cream in a coconut shell.  ♥  Pizza buns.  ♥  On my way to Kranjska Gora.  ♥  Coffee to go. It's not mine though, because I don't drink it.  ♥  My sister and I.  ♥  Some of my new clothes that I got a few weeks ago. I won't be doing a haul because I'm terrible at taking photos of clothes, but I'll try to do some OOTDs.  ♥  Our region's traditional food - potatoes and macaroni. So good! Would you like a recipe? :)  ♥  Another lunch - calamari.  ♥  Just me.  ♥  The arrival.  ♥  My new shoes and pants.  ♥  In Kranjska Gora.

Hated climbing up that hill. I tripped over the rock and almost got killed! It looks way scarier in reality than on the photos.  ♥  Turkey in mushroom sauce.  ♥  A lovely spot in the mountains.  ♥ Cows.  ♥  Some more mountains. :D  ♥  At Lake Jasna.  ♥  My tired, annoyed and make-up less face.  ♥  Fresh water from the Alps.  ♥  Watermelon.  ♥  Just realized this is the same photo as the one above. Oopsie!  ♥  Reading my favorite magazine.  ♥  A lovely goat.  ♥  A brook.

Got two yolks in one egg.  ♥  Triglav National Park.  ♥  A waterfall.  ♥  Benji.  ♥  Krnica.  ♥  The Slovenian Alps.  ♥  Apple strudel.  ♥  Chocolate cake.  ♥  Cows. Again!  ♥  Reading Fifty Shades of Grey. I'll be talking about this book after I finish the second and the third one.  ♥  Sunny day.  ♥ Adorable bunnies. I wish I could take them home with me!  ♥  Pizza.

Oh, look what we have here. Another photo that has already appeared in the previous set of photos, lol.  ♥  Wiener schnitzel and french fries.  ♥  Laghi di Fusine - Italy.  ♥  I had nothing better to do, so I went to go see a basketball game.  ♥  My tired furbaby.  ♥  Summer sledding. So fun!  ♥ A dessert called 'Špikov vrh'. Yummy!  ♥  Mushroom soup.   ♥  Sunset.  ♥  A little bird came to say hi.  ♥  My new late fall jacket that I got for 30% off. The pattern is so pretty!  ♥  Horses.   ♥ McFlurry brownie flavoured ice-cream.

  2. These landscapes are absolutely gorgeous!
I remember a few years ago, i was in Nothern Italy and we went hiking. Wasn't really up for it...
When we packed to leave Belgium, my mom took the wrong pair of shoes. They were too small for me and i had to walk for hours in those! Massive pain!

    1. Oh no! I can't imagine hiking with shoes that are too small. Mine are big enough and even they cause really painful blisters!

    1. Men je super!

    3. Haha, ni panike. Kupla sem ga prek ebaya, ker ga pri Barnes&Noble niso dostavljali v Slovenijo, za ceno pa nimam pojma, ker sem ga dobila ene tri leta nazaj...
