Sandra Reads: Bossy Pants

A few months ago, I stumbled upon a 'Books Every Woman Should Read' article. Among them were Caitlin Moran's How to Be a Woman and Tina Fey's Bossy Pants, which both ended up on my to-read list. I first started to read the former one, because I'd heard there was some controversy surrounding it, and I just wanted to see what it's all about. I read a few chapters, but soon realized that book wasn't for me. I just wasn't feeling it, so I put it aside and never opened it again...

Bossy Pants, however, was a totally different story. I was actually looking forward to the train rides home just because I knew I would be able to read a few more chapers. All I can say is: Tina Fey rocks. The book is hilarious, straightforward and very relatable as long as you're a woman. It's also a perfect blend of a memoir and comedy, so it's very hard for the story to get boring even if you're not particularly interested in every single aspect of Tina Fey's life.

Have you read this book yourself? How did you like it? Oh, and in case you haven't read it yet, go read it NOW! And tell me how you like it later. :P

  1. Jaz sem si audio knjigo naložila. Ravno včeraj sem jo na iPod dala. Se mi je kar zdelo, da mora biti cool.

  2. I have not read it but sounds like it's a good read. will definitely have to check it out!
