Weekly Snapshots

If you don't know this yet, I'm going to California with some of my youtube friends this summer! I got my place tickets last week, and this week I also registered for VidCon, so I'll definitely be going there as well! I couldn't be more excited for this trip. This is gonna be the best summer ever! ♥ A very delicious 'zucchini lunch'.  I finally got another bottle of Seche Vite top coat. I can't live without it anymore!  My loyal companion these days - a HUGE cup of tea. I'm dealing with hay fever and it's the worst thing ever. I'm sneezing all the time, my eyes are extremely itchy, I lost my voice, my ears hurt, my sinuses are blocked... I hate these stupid allergies! And the worst thing is that I'm in the middle of my exam season, and it's really hard for me to study with all these things going on. I do feel a little bit better if I take some pills, but they make me really sleepy, so it's kind of the same thing no matter what I do. Ohh, and I also can't wear any make-up, which means that I have to walk around looking like a zombie and I can't film any youtube videos. The last pre-recorded one will go up today, so I hope I will get better by next week to film some new ones.  NOTD + afternoon snack.  My new carry-on bag. It's far from what I'd been looking for, but it's the only one I found that's big enough for all my tech equipment that I'll be taking to California with me. Yeah, I know, I have a problem, haha. It's called too many cameras! XD  My dad says that I can't cook, but I've made a ridiculously delicious lunch this week if I may say so. Well, I obvioulsy didn't MAKE tomatoes and tortellini, but I did make the chicken vegetable cream cheese sauce from scratch! Without a recipe. Ha! Do you want to know how I made it? I can put up a recipe up on my blog and maybe even film a video, showing you the whole process? I've been thinking about doing some cooking videos during the summer. Would you be interested in seeing them?  Benji being extremely sleepy.  And again... :D  ♥ Smoothie for lunch! Also improvised, just like the sauce. You can't go wrong with smoothies, though, can you?  Travelling by what has to be the world's oldest and nastiest train to attend my LAST lecture. I can't believe I'll be graduating after I'm done with exams! This makes me really happy, but also really nervous because I don't know what the future holds. Most of my schoolmates will be continuing their education for extra two years to get their Masters, but I'm just not feeling it to be honest. I don't want to go down the pedagogical route because I don't want to be a teacher, and the non-pedagogical program that my school offers looks very useless to me, so I decided to take a year off to figure out what I want to do with my life. My (career) interests have changed quite a lot during the past year and I actually do want to go study something else, but the majors that I'm interested in are non-existent in my country. Who knows, I might even go study abroad if my dad wins a lottery. I don't know, we'll see. This 'Weekly Snapshots' post is getting waaay to long anyway, so I'll just tell you more about this issue some other time, alrighty? If you're even interested in that... Would you prefer me to write a post about it or film some sort of a catch-up video?  And now for the end, a very anti-climactic photo of my shoes. Lol.

  9. You can actually study abroad with less money in all the european country except UK of course and most Masters degrees in the Scandinavian countries are ridiculously free.
I am currently getting myself ready to leave for mine, so I can help if you need some.

    1. Education is completely free in my country, so it can't really get any cheaper for me, but our study options here are unfortunatlly very limited unless you study something very common. I know that the rest of EU would be very do-able for me as well in terms of money, but the problem is that the programs I want to attend are only avaliable in the US (FIDM LA or FIT NYC). And they cost about 30,000$ per semester, which is just ridiculous. I'll be doing tons of research once I'm done with exams, so we'll see if there's anything that can be done in terms of scholarships and things like that. Otherwise, the US is completely out of the question for me. And then the next possible destination is London, because it's probably the only place in Europe that could offer something similar. I know that London is crazy expensive as well, but I think the tuitions there are still quite ok when compared to the US. And I think London overall would be the best option for me. It's not that far from home, they speak English there, it's still in the EU so I wouldn't have to deal with any visa problems, and I'm in love with it anyways. But as I have said, I have to do TONS of research before I even start to plan the next step. Oh, by the way, I want to study 'beauty industry/cosmetics marketing'. :D

Gosh, that was a long response, wasn't it, haha? Where are you planning to go?
