Weekly Snapshots

I've been obsessing over iced tea lately. This is my latest discovery. ♥ Fall is pretty much here, which means that the candle season has officially begun! ♥ The tiniest watermelon. It also has no seeds, which makes it super awesome! I have to admit, I like watermelon, but I don't eat it often because I hate removing seeds. ♥ I think I found my go-to fall make-up look. ♥ On Friday, I got interviewed by Coco Lui and I also received these lovely smelling goodies! I can't wait to try them all out. ♥ After the interview, my sister and I went shopping, but I only bought one item, because I'm pretty much broke. I've been avoiding checking my bank account since I came home from the States, but it just had to be done a day before our little shopping trip. I almost cried when I saw how little money I have left. There will be no more new stuff and hauls for quite some time I'm afraid! Thank god I still have my US beauty buys to blog about. ♥ The outside of my secret little big project. I can't wait to tell you more about it when the time for the reveal comes. Please keep your fingers crossed that everything will go alright! Even if you don't know what the hell I'm taking about... :D ♥ Chinese food for lunch. ♥ Sleepy Benji. ♥ Wearing my new sunglasses and taking selfies while waiting for my dad and sister as per usual. ♥ I went to see a basketball game and cheer for our boys. They were playing against France. My sister started acting all crazy when she spotted Tony Parker, while I think 'the cutest basketball player' award went to Thomas Heurtel. And yes, I totally had to use binoculars to see the players' faces, haha. As you can see, I was sitting way up high. :D On another note, I got to see something really terrible when we were returning home. A car drove off the road into a tree and it was completely smashed. The horn was going on all the time, as the trapped driver was lying on top of it. It looked horrendous and I kept shaking for hours. There is no way I'm getting behind a wheel anytime soon after seeing this! I'm pretty sure the driver didn't survive. And the most horrible thing about it is that we saw an ambulance going there after we've been driving for extra 15 minutes, which means it arrived there more than half an hour after the accident. Just horrible. ♥ My huge hand, Essie's Bikini So Teeny on my nails, and a chevron midi ring on my finger.
