Weekly Snapshots

Birthday girl! For those of you who are new to my blog, this is my sister. And she obviously loves Nutella. :D ♥ We celebrate St. Nicholas in my country on the 6th of December. It's kind of a mini Christmas and this is what my sister and I were given from him. Thanks mom St. Nicholas! Oh, and if you're wondering why we got pounds instead of euros, which is our official currency, it's because we're going to London in exactly one month! I can't wait to be reunited with my favourite place on Earth again.  Somehow, my knee decided to start being very weird last week and it's making me miserable. I find it quite hard to walk, my knee is popping when I walk down or up the stairs and I can't really bend it, so I decided to go to a specialist. I don't trust the doctors at my local hospital and I would have to wait for an appointment for 6 months (yay for 'amazing' public healthcare we all have to pay for), so my parents thought it would be best for me to go to a private clinic. I had my first appointment on Thursday and my doctor seemed super nice, so I'm a little bit less scared about the whole thing. Although I'm not looking forward to all the medical bills I'll have to pay! I'm getting MRI done next week and it will cost €250. Jeez Louise! I just hope I won't need surgery... ♥ FOTD.  I sinned.  After my doctor's appointment I spent the day shopping for Christmas presents (thank god for the knee support) and then I attended Yves Rocher blogger event. It was super lovely, and look at all the amazing gifts I received! Santa definitely came early this year. I can't wait to try all the products out! ♥ I finally managed to put up a Christmas tree. We bought a bigger one this year (btw, it's fake), because our old tree that we've had for my whole life broke last year. To be completely honest, I was very happy about it because it was a lot smaller and looked quite ridiculous with the high ceiling and the large space. Have you put up yours already?

  2. I hope the issue with your knee is sorted out! I'm a big fan of Nutella as well - especially with peanut butter on toast!

  3. Jajks - kolena so bitchy, vendar v Artrosu res vedo kaj delajo. Še moja smo spravili na nek "ne do solz" boleč nivo ... kolikor je to pač mogoče. Držim pesti, da pri tebi sanirate 100%.
