Ombre-ish Nails

After seeing dozens of tutorails on how to achieve ombre effect on your nails, I finally caved in and tried the design myself. I actually quite like how it turned out! What do you think?

To achieve this look, you’ll need a white nail polish, a sponge, two coloured nail polishes of your choice and a top coat.

You first need to paint your nails with white nail polish and wait for it to dry. Then apply the two coloured nail polishes on the sponge like you see on the photo, and dab the polish on your nails. I had to repeat this process twice on every nail. Lastly, all you need to do is put on some top coat and clean up the messiness on your cuticles with some aceton. Voila!

Looks like a lot of fun to experiment with nail art! 🙂 I need to get a sponge and try it out myself…though I don't have a white nail polish. I like the pastel shades that you used 🙂
