I’ve tried quite a few hair oils in the last few years like Orofluido Elixir and the famous Maroccan Oil, but none of them made a huge difference to my hair. They did help with frizziness when I applied them on my dry hair, but that’s about it. I wasn’t planning on buying yet another hair oil because I though that none of them would work for me as well as they seemed to work on other people’s hair, but when the UK beauty bloggers started to rave about the newest Avon’s Maroccan Argain Oil, I decided to give hair oils another go and ordered the Avon one.
I had no expectations whatsoever, so I was pleasantly surprised when this hair oil actually made a noticable difference to my frizzy and dry hair. My hair never felt softer, and it now also looks shinier and healthier. I won’t be making any claims that the hair oil makes a difference to the ‘inner structure’ of my hair because I have no clue about these stuff, but it has certainly make it look nicer on the outside. And the good news is that it’s really cheap unlike most other hair oils, and comes in a glass bottle with a pump, which the other two oils that I’ve tried did not have. I definitely need to stock up!
I use this leave-in hair treatment every time I wash (and towel dry) my hair, before blow-drying it, focusing on my dry hair ends. Occasionally, I will also use it in the morning on my dry hair, when there is a possibility that my hair could get super frizzy and straw-like during the day, which usually happens when it rains. So, do any of you have any experience with this product? How did it work for you? By the way, you can get it here for about 4€.
