NOTD: Sweets Way Jelly Sandwich

It took me a while, but I finally tried out the jelly sandwich technique. If you don’t know what this is, it’s basically putting a layer of glitter nail polish in between two layers of neutral sheer nail polish. In other words, you first put on one coat of sheer nail polish, then a  coat of glittery nail polish, and on top of that another coat of sheer nail polish. For the sheer nail polish, I chose OPI’s At First Sight, and for the glittery one the Nails Inc.’s Sweets Way. I think the manicure turned out really cute, and I love how the Sweets Way looks like in a jelly sandwich. I actually prefer it like that than on its own (see here). Have you ever sported jelly sandwich nails yourself? How do you like the look?

I saw this at Sephora while I was wearing the Hard Candy shades I reviewed recently which are so similar. So pretty!

This looks stunning! I really want to try Nails Inc polishes but it's so hard to find now considering many online sites don't ship internationally anymore! :'(

Very pretty! The best jellies I've found for sandwiches were the OPI NYC Ballet soft shades ones, they work really well x

Oh, yeah, I've seen those before. They really do seem great for creating the sandwich mani.
