Tuna Salad with Zucchini & Walnuts Recipe

Tuna Salad with Zucchini & Walnuts Recipe

I wasn’t sure whether or not to share the recipe for this tuna salad with you, because it’s the simplest thing ever, but I’ve been so obsessed with it recently it would be a crime not to. So, these are the ingredients I put in: romaine lettuce, plum tomatoes, corn, tuna, walnuts and sauted zucchini. I season everything with sunflower oil, balsamic vinegar and salt, but sometimes, if I’m feeling naughty, I also add in a spoon of mayo and sprinkle a little bit of cheese on top. That’s it! I told you it’s easy… But so, so good! Let me know if you try it.

Obljubim, da preizkusim. Ker zgleda odlično. Kljub temu, da sem pojedla še en krožnik domače kremne grahove juhe, bi solatko pojedla brez težav. 🙂

This looks amazing! I wish salads just tasted a bit better haha. They can never beat chicken wings or a tiramisu or you know.. anything else that fills my tummy up a bit more:) (yes, I eat too much…:))Cityscape Bliss // Turn an old piano stool into a fluffy pouf (feat Pippin the piano player)

Totally know where you're coming from, haha! That's why I throw EVERYTHING into mine and now I actually crave salads as well. I do have to admit I eat a whole bucket in one go, though, not just a plate. But it's veggies, right? 😛
